Despite doing most of our business online we are a very customer centred business, we enjoy doing business with you, and dealing with our customers on the phone is one of the most satisfying activities in the business. We are honest and helpful, we always endevour to be completely straightforward in giving you the best advice for your circumstances including not selling you anything if we don't have the right thing for you. So you can trust us and we like dealing with you. Also we are pretty expert at what we do and when we don't know then usually we can find someone who does. Finally we think that a jobs not worth doing at all if its not worth doing well so we want you to enjoy finding what you want, buying it, getting it and owning it - and at the end of it all we want you to think that we're great and if necessary we will push the boat out to meet those objectives.
