3. Design Tips for the Perfect Massage

Deep-tissue back relief	Add two mid-height water jets per bather and angle them 15° upward.
Foot revival	Position small-bore jets low on the end panel—great in a 2-person whirlpool bath where both users face each other.
Total-body cocoon	Combine a 12-nozzle air base with 6 adjustable side jets and 3 adjustable mini-jets at both ends for soothing bubbles and pinpoint pressure.

4. Limits & Practicalities

Minimum rim width: 40 mm for water jets, 30 mm for air nozzles, 70mm for tope edge mounted controls
Maximum jet count: usually 24 water + 14 air (depends on pump size and shell strength).
Access panel: allow at least 600 mm clear on one long side or discreet hatches at foot and head ends.
Electrical supply: dedicated 13-amp RCD spur for every pump/blower pair.
