We Arrange a Delivery Schedule: We will contact you within 1 working day to confirm the details of your order and to discuss a delivery schedule with you.

We Get More Info if required: For painted baths and basins we will also confirm your choice of paint and colour with you. If you have not yet chosen a paint colour we are happy to give advice from our long experience of what works with what, and what to look out for and consider when coming to a decision. We will not charge your card until we have confirmed your chosen paint colour.

We Expertly Check your Order: Our expert staff will check all the items in your order for compatibility and completeness. If we believe you may have ordered incompatible products, missed vital items out or included items that you may not need we will contact you to ensure we get your order right.

We Charge Your Card: Only when all the details of your order are confirmed will we charge your card and then email you an invoice/receipt.

The usual delivery time is about 3 to 5 working days for smaller items (e.g. taps, showers) and approximately 3 to 10 working days for larger orders that we are not customising for you (e.g. unpainted baths). Painted baths take a little longer usually 15 to 20 working days.

If it's urgent we can often deliver much more quickly, including with next day or 48 hour deliveries, however if you are not yet ready for your delivery or don't have space to store it we can hold onto it until you are ready.

We can deliver on any weekday that suits you. Our usual deliveries are from 9am to 5pm, but for most deliveries we can also do mornings before 10am or before 12 noon, afternoon deliveries, timed deliveries and Saturday deliveries. If you need any of these services please let us know in advance so that we can advise what is possible in your case.

Our usual carriers deliver on a 7.5 tonne van with a tail-lift so they will get down most of the roads or lanes that a large car can get down. If you think there may be difficulty getting access to your property speak to us in advance, so we can plan a delivery that will work for you.

Most of our baths are delivered on a pallet on a 9am to 5pm weekday kerbside delivery, although we can make other arrangements as required. In particular we can do before 12 noon, before 10am, afternoon and Saturday deliveries on many of our orders although there may be an extra charge for these. Please contact us if you need these services or if you have any other special delivery requirements.

Baths are delivered on pallets by a pallet carrier. Deliveries are usually on 7.5 tonne tail lift trucks. If you have issues with access please let us know in advance. Deliveries are single driver kerbside
deliveries. The driver is not obliged to get the pallet onto your property although usually they will help to do this. They will not usually help to get the bath into your property (i.e. into your main building). The driver will have a trolley jack, they can get the pallet to ground level and move it on the flat on paving or tarmac but not up or down steps, inclines or on gravel or grass. The bath will be packaged such that it can be left outside without risk of being damaged by (normal) weather. We advise you to have two people available to receive delivery.

Our standard deliveries are a specified weekday (agreed with you), from 9am to 5pm. For most of our deliveries, we are also able to do morning by 12 noon; morning by 10am, afternoon, med and Saturday deliveries. Enquire for details of these services.

Please fully unwrap the bath and report any faults to us on the day of delivery, out of office hours please call and leave a message. If this will not be possible please let us know in advance.
